The approved private snapshot copy is verified—not the final production transfer. Chris reported successful sign-in at /migration; full authenticated acceptance remains pending. The public visual demo and synthetic workspace remain test-only—never enter real passwords or staff information there.
Verified private snapshot copy
The approved Staff OS and complete Planning database snapshot has been copied into private Wix storage and verified byte-for-byte. It was captured September 30, 2026 at 01:31 UTC. This is separate from synthetic test records. The copy does not replace the live databases and can become stale while staff continue using the current sites.
Existing-password preview
Chris reported successful sign-in to /migration using the existing Staff OS password. The private preview uses its own signing secret and session cookie, separate from production and synthetic accounts. Independent authenticated visual acceptance, other staff accounts and same-domain session continuity still require verification. Password hashes are never returned to the browser.
Private storage permissions
After owner approval, the migration archive and both synthetic collections were restricted to PRIVILEGED for read, insert, update and remove. Current-API readback confirms these settings and zero special grants. This resolves the earlier CMS_EDITOR restriction mismatch. Anonymous access remains denied; a fresh owner sign-in and complete authenticated acceptance still require verification.
Source-like Staff OS and Planning
The private preview uses copied records and source-compatible field names, permissions and display rules. The separate owner-only /planning workspace now supports synthetic requests, reviewer decisions, shared drafts, date proposals and meeting agenda edits using private Wix storage. Its notification intents stay in preview status. Production Planning data, login delivery, external bridge and jobs have not been activated. All application writes remain blocked in the dated /migration preview.
Quote files and private reports
Requisition attachments and owner-only Marketing reports must retain their existing access restrictions. Private files are not public media URLs. Complete record counts, file integrity, permission checks and restore verification remain required before transfer.
Gmail and Google Calendar
Netlify masks the service-account private key; the owner has now supplied the existing JSON through Wix secure server settings. Authenticated readiness confirmed basic backend configuration. The approved manual test checks only the configured staff and pastor calendars for October 5, 2026 and returns event counts. Calendar IDs, configuration flags or a copied event cache do not establish live connectivity; inspect the explicit test result. Gmail delivery and Calendar changes remain disabled.
Writes and background jobs
Production emails, calendar changes and schedules are disabled. A snapshot refresh is not an automated sync. Notification delivery, calendar reconciliation and supported scheduling must pass separate tests before they are activated.
Final transfer
Production cutover is pending. Source deployments and domains have not been switched. Subscription requirements, fresh final data, existing sessions, Google delivery, rollback and owner approval remain separate transfer checkpoints.
